The session in which we talk to James Wadley, Phd, about unpacking racism and systemic oppression in practice. Dr. Wadley is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Counseling and Human Services department at Lincoln University. He is a scholar-practitioner and maintains a private practice in both PA and NJ as a Licensed Professional Counselor.  He is also an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist Supervisor and is the founding editor of the Journal of Black Sexuality and Relationships. Dr. Wadley is the founder and principal of the Association of Black Sexologists and Clinicians.
